Kole Verner in the Service Department was outstanding! Not only did he communicate well and in a timely manner, but he suggested an approach to the service work that resulted in the avoidance of a significant service bill. He also arranged for a loaner rental during the 2 days that my car was in the shop. Friendly and extremely easy to work with. All dealerships should have service advisors like Kole!!!

I was so surprised. We bought a car at hyundai and it was an absolute nightmare. Our experience at Lia Honda was much different than any other place I have bought a car from. It was easy, no pushy salesman, no manipulation tactics. It was a easy and nice experience. They even put a bow on my car so I could take pictures!!! Im so happy with this experience.
