Have been going to Lia Honda for years. The entire staff is awesome. We purchased our 2017 crv from Lia and got the best deal. I was a foreign car mechanic for 20 years. I also owned my own repair shop. Speaking as a mechanic i can say the service department knows their stuff. Kevin Feldman was excellent on the phone . He was able to speak to me with knowledge about the service in a way that i would have spoken to my own customers back in the day. These guys are great! Kira Bueti is always accessible and explains everything clearly. Prices aren't terrible for a dealer either. I want to give a shout out to the parts dept as well. Always friendly and willing to show you diagrams of where the parts go to make sure you're getting the right one.

Chris Grasso was my associate and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was professional, friendly, and explained what my car needed. We worked together to decide what to have done on that visit, and what could be held off for another visit. Obviously, this helps with the cost, and it's nice to have an associate understand that.

From my first call to my last, everyone at this dealership was very friendly. Offered water, coffee, and made us feel like we were important. The woman at the front desk to the back of the offices were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our sales person, Thezamy Reynoso, went out of her way to get us what we wanted and even went to another dealer to get the car we wanted.
