Jon Ayala is the service advisor I normally deal with, and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a sales rep that covers a 7 state territory in the Northeast and my Civic is high mileage. I need to safely be able to travel long distances in a dependable vehicle. I am in total awe by the compassion & kind handling I received at Lia Honda when I asked for my car's annual inspection along with a "quick" winter check-up of tires, brakes, etc. now that my husband's passing leaves me with the responsibility of caring for my car.
