Since purchasing my Honda CRV (2014 & 2013) 6 years ago I have chosen to use your service dept for my bi-annual oil changes and maintenance. I live about an hour away. There is a Honda dealer 5 minutes from my home! I found a very reliable and super friendly venue. This I find has to do with your employe, Jon Ayala. I find that when I am there he remembers me and makes me feel that I am in good hands. No pressure sales pitch. I will continue to use your service dept due to Jon and your service technicians.

My daughter had her car info a service appointment. What I asked to be done based on recommendations was done. The cars overall condition was reviewed and was alerted for the need in the next few months to look at brake replacement. No other hard push or upsell of a service or maintenance need. Very professionally done by Lia.
