On 8-12-24 I made my second service visit to Lia Honda. On both occasions my service advisor was Kira Bueti. On both occasions I was met promptly and pleasantly. Ms. Bueti went over my service request making certain suggestions and explaining each service that was to be performed and the associated cost. Additionally, each time I was given an estimate of how long the service would take, both were correct, except on the most recent visit the service was completed 15 minutes prior to the estimate. I went in thinking I wasn't going to find anything I liked, but there was a worker there who persuaded me to buy a beautiful car. She was very outgoing and funny to speak to, I believe her name was tezamy. I probably spelled it wrong, but I loved the place. I would definitely recommend others to try them out!

Have been going to Lia Honda for years. The entire staff is awesome. We purchased our 2017 crv from Lia and got the best deal. I was a foreign car mechanic for 20 years. I also owned my own repair shop. Speaking as a mechanic i can say the service department knows their stuff. Kevin Feldman was excellent on the phone . He was able to speak to me with knowledge about the service in a way that i would have spoken to my own customers back in the day. These guys are great! Kira Bueti is always accessible and explains everything clearly. Prices aren't terrible for a dealer either. I want to give a shout out to the parts dept as well. Always friendly and willing to show you diagrams of where the parts go to make sure you're getting the right one.
