From start to finish John was professional, completely knowledgeable on the product and accommodating to getting the sale made as quickly and efficiently as possible. We brought our 2019 Passport to Lia to correct a problem that occurred after a recall repair on the fuel pump. I was anticipating an argument from Lia to get the problem corrected. The service techician I dealt with Frank Contorno was very helpful. He had said they would analyze the issue and I may be responsible for the repairs. Frank called me after their inspection and told me that the repair would be completely free of charge and would be done that day. I was called and went to pick up my car all repaired. While the salesman was great, the dealership added extra packages (such as ceramic) to my purchase without even telling me. These were products I did not want yet if they practically forced them down my throat. Fortunately, I noticed these while signing and had it removed but it left a very sour taste in my mouth making it very difficult to recommend this dealership.
Lia Honda of Brewster is a very customer oriented dealership. They are set up to make it easy for Honda shoppers to work with a salesperson. Service customers have a large modern facility for servicing their vehicle. The Lia personnel are all pleasant to deal with. My own experience with service advisor Kole Verner made me happy that I had purchased my new Civic at Lia. He is friendly and professional and very knowledgeable of the model vehicle you are having serviced there. He was a pleasure to work with.
