Car is not cleaned on return from service can see the finger prints and dust . Was told it is sanitized but cannot see 1% of the proof. Never going back, lots of options nearby. Cannot take risk with the cleanliness given the current pandemic situation. At Williamsville Lia Honda
The behavior I witnessed at the hands of the Lia Toyota of Rockland staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I witnessed the staff intimidating an elderly non native English speaker with demands, talking loudly, and quickly about the tires on this customer’s vehicle. The elderly Asian man looked to be confused and frightened by the interaction. This made me think about what this country must have been for my immigrant parents. It is not right. This is not an environment that I’d be comfortable recommending to anyone.
Just gave Lia Honda a big check for a new car and returned the next day to get a car for my daughter and was told to get a better deal elsewhere. You would think after just buying a suv I would have been given a better a deal on another purchase or have some once of loyalty. I will never ever buy another vehicle from Lia Honda. They could have had a customer for life. Once they got my check, they really didn’t care after that. Really really disgusted and disappointed.

Serviced ***** twice at Lia Honda Brewster NY. They left loose wheel lug nuts twice!
I purchased a 2018 Toyota on April 9th after a four hour ordeal to finance. I offered to pick it up Thursday or Friday but Lia would not hear of it and insisted on driving it out to NY to meet at methe DMV office. I sold my car Thursday only to get a call 10:30 Friday morning that there was a problem. Lia is trying to register from the dealership and it may be several more days. My husband and I went in this past weekend to buy a car and our salesman Philip B****** was great! The whole process was very professional. He answered every one of my questions. Once we had purchased the car he came out and sat with us in the car for about an hour just explaining certain features in the car. He also gave me his personal cell to use in case I had any questions he insisted I call him. We would definitely use him again!

Lia Hyundai Service is the BEST! And here's just one reason why: Last Saturday I heard the snowy forecast for the upcoming week and realized I hadn't bought snow tires yet. So I went on line & bought 4 tires. They were delivered to me by noon on Monday. I called Lia @ noon on Monday to see if I could possibly get in that afternoon to have the tires installed. "Yes, of course, Mr. *****!" At 2:00PM I arrived at Lia and by 3:00PM my snow tires were on the car and I was driving away. Thank you Eddy K**** & Lia Hyundai Service.
