They sold me a car with a bad battery (died after 8 mos). Then they sold me another bad battery under warranty (died after 4 mos). I tried to contact them for a week with no response. After a week of jump starting my car, I was forced to buy a battery from my local dealer. I took the battery to Lia where they deemed the battery no good, but they refuse to reimburse me the $186 I paid for the battery. They have given me the run around for more than several weeks. The customer purchased his own battery on Sunday. ***** does not allow dealers to reimburse for purchases outside of network. As a good standing Lia Auto Group customer, Lia Honda will refund him the price of the battery once we receive the invoice that he paid for the battery with.

We are in a time where cars and trucks are at an all time high demand with hardly no supply because of a micro chip shortage. Well Lia Toyota is taking full advantage of gouging their customers. I was all excited that they had vehicles on their lot and the sticker prices were "normal". When I got a sales person, they told me that all the sticker prices are wrong and that they are tacking on an additional $7,000 because of supply and demand, which I replied, because you are gouging your customer? I recently bought a ****** from Lia toyota of colony went there to purchase 2 vehicles They set a price on both cars I end up taking 1 vehicle after leaving a deposit They charge extra on the first car taking money out of the deposit from the 2nd vehicle then they said I was not approved for military wen I gave all my paperwork LES and ID they gave me a bunch of excuses saying I did not qualify for military they blame ****** finance then they said did not provide with military income 810 credit score with 5 cars paid off the... read more

I had a phenomenal experience at Lia VW when I bought my 2012 Jetta in 2011. When I was ready to purchase a new car this year, the experience was the complete opposite! I purchased a 2019 Tiguan on Saturday, July 31. We agreed I would pick up the car the following Monday after it was registered. as my insurance strongly recommended against driving with dealer plates. I am very disappointed by this dealership. I purchased a car from them in October 2018. When I bought the vehicle they did not disclose any prior accidents or provide me with a ******despite them stating that this is on their website. I recently hit a raccoon which damaged the grill of my car and when the mechanic took off the (aftermarket) bumper he showed me that there was previous damage to my frame from before I bought the car. All of our preowned vehicles are put through a thorough safety check and any work required is completed or the vehicle is not sold to the public. The damage in question was not visible unless the front bumper was removed. This is not a reasonable expectation during the course of a normal used car inspection. This vehicle passed inspection and has been performing flawlessly for almost 3 years and over 60000 miles. Lia Toyota of colonie. Be forewarned even though we purchase the extended warranty on our highlander and their computer found error codes in the system because the actual dash board lights were not lit up at the time I got an appointment they couldn’t fix anything (which I understand) but they still charged me the diagnostic fee which warranty would not cover because they couldn’t determine exactly what’s wrong. Lia Toyota of Northampton failed to stick to a signed contact with me on a rebate. When I signed the contract with Lia Toyota of Northampton. It took over two months to deliver my Truck. Then they refused to honor that contract for the rebate! Thank You ******* * *****

******* *****, you ordered a factory vehicle and at the time of the order Toyota was offering a rebate on that particular vehicle. Two months later when the actual vehicle arrived all of the rebates went away and you wanted the dealership to eat the difference. At the time of the order we explained that you would receive any rebates that were available at delivery. Please contact the dealership with any concerns.

Very dissapointed. Bought a brand new ****** *****from this dealership. Less than 7k miles on it and it already has had to be serviced twice (went a ****** dealership in town I live in now). Than just yesterday the warning light came for the same problem. Yah I have a warranty and all but less than 7k and it is going to need another repair (front sensor).
