Terrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle out of state from this dealership back in June. I had called towards the end of July and spoke with sales representative JP to inquire as to what the status of registration was and he told me everything has been send in and I would receive a letter in the mail. I scheduled two appointments for repairs on my minivan's sliding door latches, which were not fully engaging. This posed a serious risk of the doors sliding open while driving with my children in the vehicle. The first appointment, set for 12 PM last week, was abruptly canceled by the dealership at 8:30 AM. would give 0 stars if I had the option. Would never recommend to my family or friends to come here to purchase a vehicle. The whole experiance was a nightmare. Took them 10 days to “detail” the car and when I got it, it still had stains all over the top of the car. They still haven’t taken the car in to redo the detailing, I bought it a month ago. Never buy from them! Told them to run my credit ONLY with ****** - they had the best rate! They ran my credit with 3 different companies, 2 other than ******. Both of these companies had much higher interest rates and gave a kickback to this dealer. They pushed to have a cosigner, which was about getting it through the other 2 companies for the kickback!!!! ****** approved without a problem, now there are 3 hard inquiries on my credit. Very poor customer service. Talked with Corey c****, and he was very unpolitely with his service. Told me to get my car done by another collision shop as they will no longer take my car. Kaitlyn, the administrative assistant is allowed to hang up the phone on customers with consequences. Told her supervisor I was added racial intent to our conversation, which was not the case. Went in to buy or lease a vehicle. They never showed me the ****** and it was partially my fault for not asking but they should have told me the truck had been in two moderate vehicle accidents. I find out 7 months later that it had when I was trying to sell the vehicle. Not pleased at all that this information was not given before I purchased.

When walked into the dealership, I told 3 sales people exactly what I wanted, 2 door ******* with a soft top (gas only). I was told they don't have any and none are coming in. I agreed to test drive a a 4 door hybrid. When I saw the ****, I said I don't want a hard top. Well, I feel I was bullied and taken advantage of. Very poor business to deal with, avoid at all cost. They picked a vehicle out and said that the vehicle was cheaper, the CR-V vehicle that is why we are selling this one to me. Only cheaper in price. Well the vehicle started leaking transmission fluid after a week plus. I took a road trip to Ohio for family, and they noticed some fluid. Horrible customer service, questionable recalls, and attempts to charge for damage they caused. I brought my car in for an oil change and for them to do the recall services. The next day my warning lights were all in and the power steering was not working. I had to have my car towed 29 miles back to the dealership and be without a car for 5 days.
