I bought a brand new left over stock 2020 Honda Civic only like 49 days ago for Lia Honda. This car came with 3 year 36k bumper to bumper 5 year 60K powertrain warranty. After owning it for only 49 days like 10 lights came on in message center saying all types of stuff was wrong with the car. I called service told me bring it in for an appointment which I did today and said it was covered under the warranty. I went in not even a week ago to trade my lease in and get a newer higher end accord and the sales man was great I went and spoke with Rob who got me to add on a insurance plan to my vechile which was around 22$ a month well fast forward 5 days later I scraped 2 rims and when I went in to get it fixed as Rob said “you just come in here and we’ll handle it” I was given my insurance paper back and told you need to go home and just call the insurance and they’ll handle it I was never told this by Rob who acted as if it was easy... read more

I purchased a ******. I was so happy when I left dealership and was picking up truck next day. Not more than an hour after I left the business development person called me and proceeded to offer me a better deal than what I got. Wow I was mad but I waited until I went the next day to get it fixed. Well the sales manager called me a liar. Whatever to see my phone. Which to took and called back his dealership. I had come in to Lia Toyota on a Saturday with the intent to look at and possibly purchase a RAV4 Prime. I scheduled an appointment online a week ahead of time with Emily, their, "internet sales consultant". Day of, I came in with my father and it was fairly busy. They scammed me out of almost 7 grand, gave me my truck back broken 4 times after working on it. And the same thing is wrong with it. I also have an A plus Accreditation with the BBB AND WE DONT SCREW PEOPLE! Grand larceny, Lemmon law something. Please reach out to me for further support. All I see is one star! G I wonder why. I had an appointment with Lia Toyota of Rockland due to a recall on my 2018 ****** *****. I checked my vehicle in, and everything was going well in the service department. The associate who assisted me was very professional & I received a loaner vehicle. This dealership does not have my respect from the general manager on down. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning. The sales manager never even introduced himself or thank me for my business after buying my ***** *****. I paid top dollar but shame on me for trusting the sales person. I only had one issue with the vehicle since I owned it. The collision mitigation was not working and the cruise control worked intermittently. Car has 21,000 miles on it. They replaced the transmission fluid, at a cost of $273, when the car was brought in for state inspection. I learned later that the standard recommendation for this service is 60,000 to 100,000 miles. My request for a refund was denied, partially on the basis that if they gave a refund in this case they would have to give refunds to all the customers to which they provided this service, per call from one of their Service Managers. Lia Honda Brewster without any contract contacted my insurance and changed coverage on a trade in and a Honda merely looked at. Again this was without any contracts signed to purchase and trade in car. This has caused problems not only on my auto insurance but with other policies I have. Why would a sales rep proceed in a manner without a binding contract. Further without a binding contract signed Lia Honda conducted hard credit checks thus lowering credit score.
