Excellent customer service from my service tech Jonathan H****. Lia Infinit is always top notch when it comes to service. They greet you as if they're an old friend, have loaners available if needed and always have my car done on time. I have purchased several Lia Infiniti's because of their service and have recently convinced both my sons to do so as well.
Professional and knowledgeable
Lia is the very best! I bought my 2006 Honda there, and the service has never faltered or decreased since I bought the car. I have always had my car serviced there and never missed an appointment; I will always continue to to do all of my auto servicing done there; Desiree F**** is the service person whom I most often see on a Saturday when I bring my car in. He had my paperwork ready when I arrived, he attended promptly to all of my vehicle's service needs, and saw that the work was completed in less time than he had estimated. He conducted himself courteously and professionally. Very satisfied with the experience.

Frank G****** was very friendly and helpful. Was able to get my car in the day I called for an appointment and it was repaired quickly.
Elvin R******** in the service department did a great job processing my vehicle and getting it back out to me in a shorter time than promised. Plus he was able to apply a coupon which, of course, I greatly appreciated. Five stars for Elvin and thank you!
Lia Auto Group is a place you can trust and I would recommend them. The service reps., including Joe Wiley, have been trained well and obviously like their jobs because they give their best! They have excellent communication and customer service. Also, the shuttle service makes it an easy place to do business because I can get a ride to/from work.
I feel very comfortable at Lia they take good care of their customers and Dane M********* is great, he is friendly and helpful, he doesn't push things on you and he let's u know exactly what your car needs without making you feel a discomfort about it and he gets right with you I like that friendly and fast
