I will give Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 0 stars. It made me put in 1 star to post. I brought my van into this dealership to have some work done on covered items. I received a call back stating that my rear rotors and pads were shot. This along with 2 or 3 other uncovered items (wiper blades and break fluid flush)was quoted $1300. I declined the extra repairs. The next day I brought the van to my local mechanic to have the breaks checked out and see how much it would be. Within 30 minutes, my mechanic called back to tell me t... read more
Business response:
Mr. *******, Thank you for taking the time to send in a response to our dealership survey. After reviewing the repair order, it appears that you had come in originally for two concerns both of which were repaired under the extended warranty contract you currently have on your vehicle. A complementary multipoint inspection is performed on every vehicle that comes through our service department and during that inspection, the technician found leaking transmission cooler lines, which were also a covered component of that extend... read more
This was easily the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership, and I left them a bad review on ****** business and figured that was the end of it. However, six months later they began charging my credit card with unexplained fees and now I am looking into how I can escalate my complaint with this borderline criminal business. Back in July, I had a critical part failure covered by extended warranty so I brought my car in for a free repair. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told the part was backordered but I would... read more

***, After speaking with all parties involved with your transactions and experience here we would like to address a few things. Yes we collect credit card information just like any rental agency would. This is for numerous reasons including but not limited to: paying for the rental, damage to the rental, missing fuel, any toll charges, etc.. These are all items that you signed and agreed to pay for should you owe them. Our staff reached out to you to show the proof that you did in fact owe for the highway tolls you were righ... read more
I bought a certified used 2019 ***** with extended warranty from Lia Toyota in May 2021 but unfortunately my vehicle was totaled in a no fault accident in October, 2021. My car title had VIN listed twice, one clear and the other highlighted with one lien recorded to ****** Financial, so my first call to the finance office I was informed that since my vehicle was fully paid for, I didn't need a lien release document. My auto insurance refused to pay on the grounds that I still had an active lien so I decided to email Mr. B***... read more
I took my car in for a tire rotation ($48) and multipoint inspection ($32). I numbered the tires before leaving home. Tire rotation never occurred. I sent it back to be done properly. When the car was returned 20 min. later, only the driver’s side tires had been rotated! I sent it back again and this time, the tires were rotated. Lia refunded $48 on the spot. My greater concern is that they might never have conducted the multipoint inspection or checked the brake pads. And then, of course, the concern remains how many people... read more

Lia Auto Group, Northampton
Awful dealership, salesperson Sharif forged paperwork for my lease regarding my husbands job and charged us more money than expected for our credit scores.
Business response:
I'm very sorry for your inconvenience. Our sales associates do not have access to customers credit applications. Please feel free to reach out to the General Manager at your earliest convenience, so we can look into this further. Perhaps there is something more we can do to help.
DEALERSHIP SERVICE SCAM! Brought my new to me 2020 ***** into this dealership for warranty work. 7/24/21. After two days diagnosing the vehicle they tell me my warranty is voided and they want me to pay $2500 bill for their diagnostic. Peter V****** - Service Manager told me they will brand my title if I choose to not have them perform the work on my vehicle and my warranty will be voided. If I pay them $2,300 + labor for two coils packs they (******) will pay for the two coil packs and my title will not be branded. I called... read more
They sold me a car with a bad battery (died after 8 mos). Then they sold me another bad battery under warranty (died after 4 mos). I tried to contact them for a week with no response. After a week of jump starting my car, I was forced to buy a battery from my local dealer. I took the battery to Lia where they deemed the battery no good, but they refuse to reimburse me the $186 I paid for the battery. They have given me the run around for more than several weeks. They tried to offer me a $186 service credit which I refused. I... read more
Business response:
The customer purchased his own battery on Sunday. ***** does not allow dealers to reimburse for purchases outside of network. As a good standing Lia Auto Group customer, Lia Honda will refund him the price of the battery once we receive the invoice that he paid for the battery with.
We are in a time where cars and trucks are at an all time high demand with hardly no supply because of a micro chip shortage. Well Lia Toyota is taking full advantage of gouging their customers. I was all excited that they had vehicles on their lot and the sticker prices were "normal". When I got a sales person, they told me that all the sticker prices are wrong and that they are tacking on an additional $7,000 because of supply and demand, which I replied, because you are gouging your customer? Nice. When the salesperson go... read more

*****, Good morning. I am sorry to read (in your recent BBB review) that you are upset regarding your recent visit to our showroom. I read and understand where you are coming from. Unfortunately, this is a difficult time for not only the car business but many businesses in the country. While MSRP at one time was considered full price and many people said they would never pay that, it seems today that is a great deal if you can buy a car at that price. However, the market sets pricing, period. Supply and demand can help or hu... read more
