Excellent quick service
respects my certified warranty, when appointment made for service oil change. or anything done on the time few minutes later after i drive in bay and takes car to service, and understands my issues. calling is better than on website, sometimes website, dont have what i needed. when i had issues previous advisor they called me to see what was problem , they cared. and I am glad i chose lia worth the certified warranty plan , loaner car when need major repair.
I have been a customer at lia Honda for decades. I like everyone there and they are accommodating, helpful, explaining things well, and even Todd the finance guy is excellent. My daughter also is a customer and we both will not stop going. Greg the other day, was very helpful, very accommodating,, explained everything to me in detail, and I understand well. I even made the appointment to get my tires done the following weekend. Kudos to Greg and Lia Honda
I want to Thank you Stephen C****** for assisting me so quickly on Tuesday when I came over to get my oil change. You were very prompt and you knew I had to be out of Lia Honda by a certain time to get to work. And you succeeded! Thank You so much **** *.
My car was serviced by Dane M********* and he was very informative. When I told him I was not sure if we had the Extended a Warranty on the car he checked on it for me to let me know we did. Unfortunately the back up camera was not a covered item but I appreciated him checking on this for me. The rest of the service was performed timely.
