5 stars minus 1 due to the rudeness of the financial agent who chose to shut down and not answer my wife’s reasonable question after we declined to purchase any of the added warrantees. The salesman ship E****** was probably the best I have had the pleasure of working with (4th car purchase).
I couldn't be more happy with Lia Toyota of Northampton. Samantha B******* is exactly what I hoped for in a sales person. She is super friendly and patient. She listened to me and my budget and didn't play any games. I went into Lia Honda to see if I would be approved for a car loan and was introduced to Troy. I had a certain car in mind and unfortunately it was already sold. Knowing I was on a budget, Troy showed me the next car in line that wasnt over what I was looking for. I never felt pushed to buy and felt at ease with Troy. I only go to service advisor Desiree F****. I have come to know her and trust her. She gives me options and arranges transportation should I have to leave my Element, now pushing 270,000 miles. Never would have gone that far without superior service.

Service manager Jonathan K********* was great. I didnt wait Al all when I arrived for my appointment, the cause of my cars promblem was quickly diagnosed.
