This dealer keeps sending me emails advertising specific cars for sale, but when I go onto the website, seconds after receiving the email. I find that the cars have already been sold. Very misleading. I understand there is a shortage of cars, but I'm in sales, and I don't advertise goods that I know don't exist. Neither should they.

On 2.18.22 my car died with no warning or previous issues, it was towed to Lia on the 19th to determine if the issue was covered by warranty, turns out it was. The engine failure had nothing to do with the dealer. I was contacted by Lia on the 19th & told they'd let me know by the 23rd or 24th. I heard nothing, left 2 messages & finally stopped by on the 25th. I was directed to an individual who was hostile, defensive & rude when I inquired about my situation. Update: My concerns were never resolved. The only true communication I received was after I posted this review. I was borderline harassed through text, email, and voicemail to take this ******** post down. Once I told them I wouldn't revise this review until the problem was addressed they stopped communication and posted the response above instead of replying my email.... further validating my statement in the initial review. We drove the car there to get fixed suppose you were supposed to be there for 4 days it's been over a month and now they're telling me that I don't have to have it towed out when I literally drove it there but my husband's over there so what did they do that is not drivable now another talking about it has a new engine and I would pay between $7,1000 and for a noose 1 or 10,000 for a new one

My boyfriend and I were looking into financing a 2022 ***** *****from the Kingston location. We agreed on a price, a good trade amount for our *********, they pulled my credit and got me approved, insurance all set and scheduled to pick up the next day. I then get a call, stating that the car was sold. That the sales manager sold it to one of his relatives 3 weeks ago. HORRIBLE business. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a **** ******* ******** *** and waited six weeks for it to arrive. The day before I was provided a picture of "my car". I questioned the picture and said this does not look like the car I ordered as the car I ordered had black rims. I was then told that **** no longer has black rims and they all are getting the cheap silver rims. I called three **** dealerships and asked the accuracy of that. They all said that is incorrect. First impression after superb service by a ****** dealership in Maryland, that respected women: 1. Do not suggest previous ****** dealership gave inadequate service and missed or overlooked problems. 2. Do not assume a female customer is stupid, specially if she has grey hair. 3. Do NOT address a female customer as "dear" unless she is a member of your family. This time I am forced to pay for the repairs required to pass NYS inspection. But I will take my business elsewhere for future service. Maybe even back to Maryland.

on 1/12/2022 I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on a ********** I leased in Nov 2020. When I got in the service advisor said he had bad news...that my vehicle had failed the alignment test that was automatically done when I drove through the garage doors. The vehicle is just over a year old. No one mentioned that the alignment was a problem when I had it in about a month ago for the inspection.
