Had a great experience with Lia Toyota of Colonie. I dealt with Brent L********* to buy a used 2016 Toyota Camry and he made the experience very pleasant and accommodated my schedule. The car was in tip top shape and he was able to include carpeted mats for me instead of the rubber ones (which I didn't want). It was a great experience and my husband and I will definitely consider Lia Toyota for future car purchases.

It is always great to deal with people who meet and exceed expectations every time. I recently purchased a 2017 ****** *****at Lia of Glens Falls Nissan. Overall the purchase experience was a positive one. Justin, the Sales consultant, was pleasant to work with. The service personnel at Lia are outstanding. Service is always completed promptly. They have gone above and beyond with loaner vehicles when I had trouble with my Titan XD. With that I recently noticed that although my tires are rotated every 5000m my front tires are worn to the point of replacement. My rears are worn but not excessively. After my wife inquired she was told that when Lia rotates tires they swap sides on the fronts and the same for the rear.
