The service personnel at Lia are outstanding. Service is always completed promptly. They have gone above and beyond with loaner vehicles when I had trouble with my Titan XD. With that I recently noticed that although my tires are rotated every 5000m my front tires are worn to the point of replacement. My rears are worn but not excessively. After my wife inquired she was told that when Lia rotates tires they swap sides on the fronts and the same for the rear.
