I bought a new Honda Clarity Plug-In Hybrid on 10/3/18. Wouldn't you know, the day after I picked up the vehicle Honda announced several recalls (on all their vehicles, including the Clarity). Cindy in service is the best, she always takes great care of us and gets us deals on routine and unscheduled maintenance. She even contacted our insurance which saved us almost $100 for a tire replacement due to a road hazard. Cindy is our first call when it comes to keeping our car safe for our 3 young passengers. Excellent customer service right from the start! And the Appointment was scheduled at a date and time that was convenient for me! Waiting area provided me with a semi private cubicle to work while I was waiting to get my car serviced! The wireless connection wasn't the greatest but at the end I was able to get all of my work done. Staff is friendly and Steve was thorough in communicating everything regarding the service to me. Great Job as Always! Thank You Again! : )
