Lia Infinity service is always accommodating when setting up service appointments. Lisa routinely greets me with a smile and listens carefully to my concerns and explanations. Service is prompt and the waiting room is comfortable. Work done on my car is always clearly explained and checkout is quick and easy.

I love Lia Honda! I was able to schedule an appointment on 10/31 when I realized that my inspection was about to expire. When I drove up, Ernest W***** took down mt initial data immediately. i added an oil change to my service request and he assured me it was fine. I was done and back home in just about an hour. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. In the four years i’ve had my CR-V, I have never had anything less than a positive experience. Ernest was great to work with and a real asset to the firm.

I get great service every time I visit! Joanne C******** is great at keeping me on time, making me feel comfortable and at ease, while also taking care of my service appointments and keeping me on schedule with any necessary maintenance on my vehicle.

Jonathan was quick and efficient to help and to lay out the best choices for me. I went in for a simple oil change but ended up with several major fixes, caused by normal wear and tear. Jonathan explained the changes I should make, why they were needed and how much the services would cost. Although expensive and took a long time to complete, that was all explained and appear to be working fine.

I spoke and dealt with Wes P****** in the service department. He was very patient with me and helped me get my car in ASAP as I needed a few things corrected. Nothing but satisfied with the service.

Our Sales person, Kent W*****, was professional and knowledgeable about the product. He spent time reviewing the features of the RAV4 and was especially helpful with the technology associated with it. His help was invaluable to us.
