A little over 2 years ago, I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a car from lia toyota of Wilbraham. I paid $14,000 for a 2013 Nissan Versa. I should have known better when, 2 days after I purchased this car, liar toyota of Wilbraham tried to pass the car through inspection AND IT FAILED! I (stupidly) went ahead with the purchase and it has been nothing but a hellacious nightmare since. Horrible customer service. Very untrustworthy: every time I called they would provide completely different information, and always full of excuses. Avoid at all costs.

I must say their "CERTIFIED PRE OWNED" is a bogus label. A check engine light is not a good indication of a vehicle being inspected. The issue was resolved by the service department. Since I had done my homework and secured my own financing, didn't trade anything in or want anything to do with extended warranties, they were effectively neutered with no way to play around with numbers. We will NEVER go back to Lia ****** ** ******* again - This one you won't believe...but it's true. My wife's car, a 07 *****, was in need of repair(a tree branch from our neighbor's tree fell through the grill - it was in February that this happened.) So, we were going to bring it to the dealership (the best one for *******-Northway) BUT they had just closed their body shop...so we had to decide quickly where to send the car to get repairs(body work-roof/hood/windshield smashed/lights broken)..so we said we'd rather go to a ... read more

Fran, I just wanted to say thank you for attempting to make up for the horrible experience I had this morning. If I appeared crass, please do not take it personally as this is the second time I have had a bad experience at Lia. The first visit I came in for warranty work I dropped the car off, no one ever called me to tell me it was done. I had to call and check. Then, after I picked up the car, I read through my paperwork and I found out had to return to have the oil consumption checked. No one told me that either. Unfortun... read more

We went to Lia Collision for body repair on our 2010 **** on June 20, 2016. They stated that we should have it back the 24 th possibly Monday the latest. Well Monday came and they said Tuesday. Well let's fast forward to Thursday when they called with bad news their tow truck hit the ****. A month and a half later August 1st we finally picked up the ***** still not fixed correctly. We will ver go back. Lies all around. By the way the **** got hit by them on that Tuesday.
