We will NEVER go back to Lia ****** ** ******* again - This one you won't believe...but it's true. My wife's car, a 07 *****, was in need of repair(a tree branch from our neighbor's tree fell through the grill - it was in February that this happened.) Fran, I just wanted to say thank you for attempting to make up for the horrible experience I had this morning. If I appeared crass, please do not take it personally as this is the second time I have had a bad experience at Lia. The first visit I came in for warranty work I dropped the car off, no one ever called me to tell me it was done. I had to call and check. We went to Lia Collision for body repair on our 2010 **** on June 20, 2016. They stated that we should have it back the 24 th possibly Monday the latest. Well Monday came and they said Tuesday. Well let's fast forward to Thursday when they called with bad news their tow truck hit the ****. A month and a half later August 1st we finally picked up the ***** still not fixed correctly. We will ver go back. Lies all around. By the way the **** got hit by them on that Tuesday.
