Went for routine service of my lease vehicle. Kyle P***** helped me bring my car in for oil change. I asked him about a package I purchased for small scratch and dent repair. The point of contact for the service department Susan is very helpful and friendly. I had an issue that went through several hands over the course of 48 hours, only to be returned to the service department where Susan once again came to the rescue with a phone call to explain the situation, and more importantly offer a solution. I researched buying a Luxury car for two years. I knew I was ready to reward myself what a really nice car. I chose an infinity because I liked the look of it and all the safety features.
