Infiniti is the car for me. I have owned my current car since buying it new in 2003 and now have more than 217000 miles on it. People usually think it is a recent model because the model design is so timeless. I have cared for this car like a violin tuner and it continues to serve me well. The technicians at Lia Infiniti know what they are doing and know how much I love this car. Excellent service! From the guy at the front door at the service center to the financial transaction at the end, all was great. Jonathan in the service department has the perfect personality to deal with all kinds of customers. I love the option of scheduling service online!

Don’t buy from Lia Honda. Was quoted in writting a 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L for $31,450.00. Arrived at dealership to be told it wasn’t the price and it was a “typo”. The price was $3,000.00 higher with a low trade. BAIT AND SWITCH AT ITS BEST.

I keep getting phone calls and texts from car sales people. I have never given them my number but they keep calling me. I've resorted to blocking their numbers only to have a different number calling and continue harassing me.

I just wanted to report a very disconcerting customer service at Lia Honda in Enfield, CT on Sunday 8/12/18. I hate to complain but have never experienced being treated so poorly before when trying to buy a car. I test drove and loved one of the HRVs. However our experience when sitting down with the saleswoman went downhill from there. When I first called and spoke to the manager about buying a car with them, because they are part of the ****** Auto Program where you get a discount at certain dealerships with a ****** membership, I was told the car I wanted with the ****** discount was $29,700. Toyota also had a Memorial weekend discount and a discount for being a recent college graduate, which the manager told me when I asked would be in addition to the ****** discount. Absolute rip off. It's a good thing my mother-in-law has me to refer to, she would have been taken for a lot of money. Also illegally failed her vehicle NYS inspection.

On May of 2013 I leased a Hyundai from Lia Hyundai in Hartford Ct. Two years later on May 21st 2015, when my lease was up I returned the car.They hit me up for a few additional charges, but I wasn't surprised by this. Approx a year later I receive a letter from The ******* ***** ******* ****, stating I owed them a reimbursement of 324.63 for the tax year /period 10/01/2015 thru 9/30/2016.
