Brought my car in for routine service. Frank G****** wrote up my service order, and I told him I would wait for the car. In less than 1 hour, my car was serviced, washed and ready to go. Very happy with Frank and with Lia Hyundai.

In the last dozen years, or so, I've purchased 4 CRVs from Lia Honda Northampton. I just purchased the fourth a few days ago. I've also had all my CRVs serviced at Lia Honda Northampton, as well. All of the dealership's employees I've interfaced with over the years have always been pleasant and helpful, especially Jay, Desiree and Ray. Lia Infiniti is awesome! They took care of a paint defect on my 2011 QX56 by repainting my entire vehicle. They paid for the corrective repair and gave me a loaner care for 6 weeks. I cannot begin to express how thankful I am. Lia has always treated me very well, but this was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went for routine service of my lease vehicle. Kyle P***** helped me bring my car in for oil change. I asked him about a package I purchased for small scratch and dent repair. He very kindly informed me after looking into the package that it could only be handled first by calling the number on my contract. He helped me to understand it was an outsource package. The point of contact for the service department Susan is very helpful and friendly. I had an issue that went through several hands over the course of 48 hours, only to be returned to the service department where Susan once again came to the rescue with a phone call to explain the situation, and more importantly offer a solution. I researched buying a Luxury car for two years. I knew I was ready to reward myself what a really nice car. I chose an infinity because I liked the look of it and all the safety features.
