Recently contacted to have previous recall work checked. Not an easy call to make to a customer, but I respect that! And thankful to have gotten the call. The appointment was great! Everything good! 5 stars minus 1 due to the rudeness of the financial agent who chose to shut down and not answer my wife’s reasonable question after we declined to purchase any of the added warrantees. The salesman ship E****** was probably the best I have had the pleasure of working with (4th car purchase).
