Elvin R******** in the service department did a great job processing my vehicle and getting it back out to me in a shorter time than promised. Plus he was able to apply a coupon which, of course, I greatly appreciated. Five stars for Elvin and thank you!

Lia Auto Group is a place you can trust and I would recommend them. The service reps., including Joe Wiley, have been trained well and obviously like their jobs because they give their best! They have excellent communication and customer service. Also, the shuttle service makes it an easy place to do business because I can get a ride to/from work.

I feel very comfortable at Lia they take good care of their customers and Dane M********* is great, he is friendly and helpful, he doesn't push things on you and he let's u know exactly what your car needs without making you feel a discomfort about it and he gets right with you I like that friendly and fast

Had been leasing a 2016 Accord EX-L and when I saw the 2018 Accord touring 2.0T I had to see it in person. The photos in ads and on the internet do not do this car justice. I found one in modern steel and it immediately spoke to me. Wesley L******* (sales associate) was eventually available and walked me through the options and the new tech. This was a huge sales event at Lia Honda in Enfield, CT. and felt fortunate that they had not only a touring model but one that best suited the cars lines in modern steel.

I recently bought a Honda HR-V EX at Lia Honda. I was a bit apprehensive at first based upon past experiences with other dealers and stories from friends. I have to say, this was a Tremendous Experience. My Salesman was Wesley L*******. His laid back style was perfect for me, and he made the negotiation process very easy. After visiting other dealerships closer to our home, we reached out to Lia of Hartford. A bit further than we had wanted to travel, but Ira Osu made it very easy for us. He made the entire experience very pleasurable and we will look here first for our next purchase
