Went to Lia on a whim one night after feeling pressured at a local dealer. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Antoun I******. We realized the dealership was closing soon, but we had some questions. Antoun never rushed. He made us feel like we were actually important, unlike the other dealer. I gave Lia Auto Group the highest rating because the maintenance car care experts, specifically Frank G******, took care of all my concerns regarding my car. He was busy with someone on the phone when I came in and he said "I be right with you as soon as I can". That statement alone meant that he acknowledge me sitting there waiting to be serviced. I just went in for an oil change my first for this car I bought from Lia in Northampton in February, it was a special for their 40th anniversary. They squeezed me in and gave my car a once over in addition to the oil change. They were kind and personable. Even ran into my sales rep and we hugged as friends. This car is a godsend.
