Lia Hyundai of Albany is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I never write reviews but I have never felt so aggravated. Wheel locks came on my tires. After having my car for a little over a year, I went to get new tires somewhere else and the key for the wheel locks weren’t in the car. I called Lia to see if they had a spare or even to just take the locks off for me since I was never given the key. They wanted to charge me to replace them plus labor, for their mistake. I don’t even want to give ONE star! They are HORRIBLE! I was hit in my brand new 2023 *****bought AT LIA, and passenger side was messed up pretty bad on my having the car for 5 days. They messed up my dash, they did a HORRIFIC paint job that my car had to go back a SECOND time for and the Manager CORY was RUDE! Service Department - Lia Honda of Brewster, NY I went today with a couple of warranty issues on my brand-new Honda ***** ****(2022). The appointment was on October 5th, 2022 at 7:45 AM. This dealership also sent me a coupon for an oil change that started at $29.99 for 5 quarts of oil and an oil filter. After I spoke to the representative about my warranty issues, she proceeded to show me the 15K items on the list (I did not ask for this) and told me that it would be $425.00 including the oil filter. This dealer does not honor service contract agreement. There were 10 oil changes and tire rotations and customers paid for it but the dealer shot chained customers. Be careful when dealing the cheating corporation.
