Lia Jeep in Northampton, MA. Our salesman Dave was great!!! Service is horrible in Northampton. I'm trying to get the air conditioner fixed in a brand-new 2021 **** ******* ********* that I purchased in October 2021. This has been dragged out since April 2022 with 2 different Jeep services. Lia in Northampton needed to order a part, which they did and replaced. Still not working. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for a loaner so they can work on it further. They were not happy with my review....so it feels like they are hol... read more

Service Department - Lia Honda of Brewster, NY I went today with a couple of warranty issues on my brand-new Honda ***** ****(2022). The appointment was on October 5th, 2022 at 7:45 AM. This dealership also sent me a coupon for an oil change that started at $29.99 for 5 quarts of oil and an oil filter. After I spoke to the representative about my warranty issues, she proceeded to show me the 15K items on the list (I did not ask for this) and told me that it would be $425.00 including the oil filter. This dealer does not honor service contract agreement. There were 10 oil changes and tire rotations and customers paid for it but the dealer shot chained customers. Be careful when dealing the cheating corporation.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a ***** *****. Met with the salesman Jay after showing interest with the car on the lot we test drove and were satisfied. The deal could not be worked on because we did not have our trade in car at the time. 2 days later we showed up with the trade in and a deal was worked out with using the sticker price. It's a SHAME to Infinity to have such a representative!!!!!!!! We were driving with my son back home to New Jersey. It's about 140 mi. My car stopped to respond to gas pedal on the 9W highway at 9:30 PM on May 31, 2022 and it was towed to the nearest Infinity dealer "Lia Infiniti" by ***. We were drive back to NJ by my son wife. I have never completed a BBB review in my life However, I must say I have never been treated so poorly by a company (Lia Hyundai and the Hyundai motor company). I will not directly name the names of the people involved as I continue to hope the dealer and company will remedy the situation. This dealer keeps sending me emails advertising specific cars for sale, but when I go onto the website, seconds after receiving the email. I find that the cars have already been sold. Very misleading. I understand there is a shortage of cars, but I'm in sales, and I don't advertise goods that I know don't exist. Neither should they.
