I've been trying to get off their junk mail list for 10 years. They send USPS mail endlessly on behalf of the dealers and you cannot opt out through the dealer. I filed a BBB complaint against the dealer, but the junk keeps coming. There seems to be no way to contact the Auto Group itself. Avoid ALL Lia locations, because they have no respect for their customers and if they get your information, you will never hear the end of them.

Went to get inspection. I was quoted $5k in necessary repairs to pass and he claimed my oil pan was so rotted he was scared to change it without needing to replace it. He claimed I had an oil leak and a lot of other things that my neighborhood garage confirm as FALSE. DO NOT GO HERE

Terrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle out of state from this dealership back in June. I had called towards the end of July and spoke with sales representative JP to inquire as to what the status of registration was and he told me everything has been send in and I would receive a letter in the mail. Fast forward to the end of August, The title and registration still has not been completed. If I didn’t inquire with the DMV as to the status of title, nothing would have been completed. I scheduled two appointments for repairs on my minivan's sliding door latches, which were not fully engaging. This posed a serious risk of the doors sliding open while driving with my children in the vehicle. The first appointment, set for 12 PM last week, was abruptly canceled by the dealership at 8:30 AM. I had rearranged my day and canceled another engagement. I rescheduled for today at 12 PM, but at 10:30 AM, I received another call to reschedule even after calling the prior day to confirm. would give 0 stars if I had the option. Would never recommend to my family or friends to come here to purchase a vehicle. The whole experiance was a nightmare. Took them 10 days to “detail” the car and when I got it, it still had stains all over the top of the car. They still haven’t taken the car in to redo the detailing, I bought it a month ago. Never buy from them! Told them to run my credit ONLY with ****** - they had the best rate! They ran my credit with 3 different companies, 2 other than ******. Both of these companies had much higher interest rates and gave a kickback to this dealer. They pushed to have a cosigner, which was about getting it through the other 2 companies for the kickback!!!! ****** approved without a problem, now there are 3 hard inquiries on my credit. Very poor customer service. Talked with Corey c****, and he was very unpolitely with his service. Told me to get my car done by another collision shop as they will no longer take my car. Kaitlyn, the administrative assistant is allowed to hang up the phone on customers with consequences. Told her supervisor I was added racial intent to our conversation, which was not the case. Went in to buy or lease a vehicle. They never showed me the ****** and it was partially my fault for not asking but they should have told me the truck had been in two moderate vehicle accidents. I find out 7 months later that it had when I was trying to sell the vehicle. Not pleased at all that this information was not given before I purchased.
