Michelle, Felecia & Micheala are professional and care about their residents. I moved in about 2 months ago and they were able to assist me & my family during our transition to NC. Adrian & the maintenance staff made sure that our home was in perfect condition & are very attentive to any request that we may have. The grounds are immaculate and the location is perfect. The Flats is a beautiful community and I would highly recommend anyone living here!
I believe the structure of management and the increasingly high turnover rate with staffing should be evaluated by the owner of this property Mr. Steve Simpson. I hope he can reflect on the diverse population of this community in order to truly service the needs of rent paying tenants.

The consistent interactions with new management has been less than desirable. Disorganized, bad customer service, does not seem to care about residents. When I arrived between 1-2PM doors were locked during posted office times. I was greeted by Miss. M Valters. When I asked if they were open to pay my fathers rent, she mentioned it was her lunch but allowed me in. She was not knowledgeable with accounting system. Was not aware of proper payment methods. Friendly staff and very nice apartments and a very nice service
I love the flats!! Love how they have so many community building activities.. Such as bingo night movie night for the kids.. Free training for residents!!the friendly staff!! Just a great place to be!!
