Verified Renter When I was moving in, I was told within the summer the phase 3 apartment complex was gonna look like phase one and phase 2. I’ve been living here since three years and still looks like phase 3 nothing like phase one or two and even then I think it’s getting more dangerous now.
Verified Renter I've been having a struggling time living here I do not appreciate that each time I go to the office it is always a new person there's been multiple times I have gotten wrong documents that cause a concern and much worry over as well as hearing most documents of mine have been loss from the change. I would love to live here but overall I am not happy of multiple issues that have happened since I've been here

Phase 3 needs attention Needs major work phase 3 is infested with roaches and wasp i keep seeing wasp in my bathroom i think there coming in through the vents roaches in every corner every time i flush my toilet theres a weird sound the bathroom door makes sound when opening it its alot that needs work for the rent being paid

Verified Renter Phase 2 & 3 have bugs and roaches, property issues with water, paint and flooring, apartments are extremely affordable but not as comfortable to actually live in. The description and information online is a completely different experience.

Verified Renter I'm a new resident of Circle at Point Park. I don't have tons of experience with apartment living, but so far things are good. The complex is quiet, I've had no safety issues, and from what I can tell, the residents keep to themselves.
