Living here for the past 9 months out of 3 years has been soo horrible since there was a change of staff. Jaleassa Henry and Shunica Walter have zero sense of customer service. My keyfab which I've been using for 3 years has split in half. I brought it to Shunica and asked for it to be replaced. She showed me the lease and said that it could not be replaced without a change of $75.00. THE LEASE ACTUALLY STATES THAT ALL LOSTED KEYFABS WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH A CHARGE OF $75.00. It was a joke lol the staff doesn’t know how to answer any questions and they could care less about maintenance and what’s going on with their residents, everything to get money out of you!! Move here if you’re trying to get ripped off and nailed 🙂

level at 401 is a very nice, clean,safe, and affordable apartment complex. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for an apartment. one of the many things I like about this complex is that, their staff are very respectful, courteous, and friendly to the residents.
Level at 401 is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities are also wonderful! Every once in a while a food truck stops by and the food never disappoints. At the end of the day, you can tell that the staff really cares about its residents and the property. Highly recommend Level at 401 to anyone looking for an apartment!
It's a decent place. I have lived here for almost three years. I like that the new company is updating everything, however, I wish the maintenance was better. About six months ago our dryer messed up. They ordered a blower for the dryer ventilation system and kept telling us they will let us know when it comes in. Still no word... MONTHS and MONTHSSSS have gone by ....we had to buy something ourselves so we can dry clothes smh. Great office staff. Kent and Quadarries were a great help to me and made the whole process go smoothly. Both are very knowledgeable of the property.

Wow... such a clean, beautiful community with lots of great amenities. Lots of parking and a Nice fitness center. I highly recommend this community.
