The new management company has been exceptional and truly cares about residents. Will, the property manager, has been very responsive to my requests and he is very pleasant to work with.
Air conditioning is broken for the second time in two months. Our first issue was the unit froze over, it was handled immediately and that was when the previous maintenance supervisor left his position when the new company moved in. They didn't even have an official person to call and it was handled immediately by Phil within the hour.
