Verified Renter Warning: Do Not Move to Circle at Point Park Apartments. This property is infested with roaches and rats. Management charges for pest control but doesn’t provide it. Maintenance is slow or nonexistent—my toilet was broken for two weeks, and I was left without a working restroom for an entire day. My mother in Phase H had rats, and management ignored her calls. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely mismanaged.

Verified Renter The entire team here at The Circle have been amazing since we moved in. Maura in the office is amazing and always is very prompt with her communication rather it be in person or email. Very polite and nice. Macario from maintenance crew is very knowledgeable about all things we had issues with. I feel very comfortable going forward if we have issues arise they will be dealt with very professionally and swiftly.

Do not rent here There are so many problems with these apartments. The office staff is nice up front but when a problem actually occurs they won’t help you. We went without a bath tub for almost 2 years and found out people were paying $300 less a month for the same apartments than we were. It took over a week to fix the air last summer and we literally had problems with it almost every other month.
Verified Renter I’ve reported several issues and nothing has been done. My tub is peeling, my ceiling is cracking, and we have a roach problem — yet no one comes to spray, even though we’re being charged. On top of that, I was left without a toilet overnight, and it was put in my bathtub, making it unusable. This is unacceptable.
