We signed a contract on 9-7-21 for a walk in tub/shower, supposedly install date was suppose to be by 1-07-22. Every call that I made to the company they said that all the parts havent come in yet. With the pandemic I can understand somewhat. Finally on 2-16-22 They are working on installing my tub. Five months after we signed a contract.! No we did Not give them any monies. They were pretty good for me to work with. Scheduling was a little difficult but covid played into it. They did good by giving me upgraded brushed nickel and added 2 grab bars for rescheduling. It is pretty pricey but great quality.

01-22 Installer called within 24 hours after use, -1- -leak, no water pressure, water not draining, 27base, and soap holder 2leaving no room. The company was made aware of the above no return call. The finance company called 8:AM. The same day I called. SAFTEY ? A wheelchair will not fit. I Questioned from the start. This company sends different people has you sign papers before you can use the shower. They were contacted the next day (after use), the only call was the finance company several times. I received everything I agreed to in a very timely manner. The salesman was patient, knowledgeable, and made suggestions for me to consider.The installation was done earlier than scheduled and I was given an adequate lead time. The installers were on time, courteous, professional and hard working. They finished my new shower within one day! They left nothing behind and no one could tell the installation was done that day.I am totally satisfied and would strongly recommend this company without hesitation.

I love the product....my step in tub is awesome......BUT it took a long time with no communication before it before it finally did come in. There should be a contact number for customers and better communication.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions installed a chair lift for our house. They are in fact a middleman for the manufacturer, Harmar. My only complaint was LHSS's original price quote, which was outlandish. Having done some research, I had a pretty good idea what chair lifts should cost .l After some negotiation, the final quote was half what LHSS originally told me, and then they added sales tax, which probably should not have been charged for medical equipment. The chair lift itself was installed quickly and is a fine product.
