This company has to be the worst going ever. A year ago I had a shower installed and it took 2 months. The workmanship was shoddy and materials flimsy. Now I am having a rust problem and I have been trying for 20 days now to get someone out here and they schedule me and then they don't show or call. I repeatedly call these people and get pushed to one wrong person after another. I am at my witsend and do not know what to do next. We used Leaf Home Safety Solutions to have a walk in tub installed in our home. The person who came out to set up the job told us that our hot water heater was more than acceptable for the tub and now we run out of hot water before the tub is three quarters full. For us to get what we need will be very costly. They told is a walk in tub could be installed in a day or two, it ended up taking three days and they still did not have all the parts, they ended up dropping off parts for me to finish installing. Very disappointed in finished work. Shower doors unbalanced, shelf tilted. Leaking shower head ,poor calking, we have had four guys to work on the shower. An still not fixed

Poor customer service. Not willing generate a credit or an invoice that reflects final payment. Promised merchandise they did not have available and did not want to reduce payment. Call several times and could not resolve the issue.

I was very satisfied with professionalism and quickness of my walk in shower install. My installers were very prompt and explained everything they were doing. Great experience the whole install.

the worst. tried to charge $11,100 for a shower ( replacement ) of a tub. left my home in a shambles. were suppose to come fix it.. but after two attempts my bathroom was still 100% unacceptable. i want this product outta my house.

Had a sales rep come to my home and give me a quote on a stairlift for my partner. He was recently in a car accident and is now paralyzed from the waste down. I was given all kinds of information and the pricing started at $12,500. The price dropped to $6,445. Plus sales tax. after some fancy talk and a call to a manager. I walked into a mediquip store and found the same chairlift for $3256. Installed lifetime warranty and no sales tax as there can not be sales tax charged on ambulatory equipment.
