Very shoddy work. Gaps on panels. Loose safety handles. Missing parts that were part of original contract. Gaps in caulking. Caulking looks like a 2 year old did it. Would not recommend, and definately not worth the $12000 they are charging me for it. Please get another quote. This was not worth it.

It was a hard decision we made to take out our bath tub for a built in shower. We looked into what it would take to get the job done and found Leaf Home Safety Solutions. They were very professional and informative from their sales presentation to finish job. Great product and company. A faulty part caused a small leak on a Saturday afternoon a couple weeks after the install of the CTO water filtration system. Rather than waiting until Monday morning for customer service to return to work. I contacted the salesman who sold me the unit and he made arrangements to have a tech out there that evening. Couldn't be happier with the product or service!

Do not do business with Leaf Home Safety Solutions for any reason. On October 30, 2020, I had a salesperson, ****, come over to give me an estimate on a walk in tub. He was here for several hours that evening. After lots of measuring and telephone calls betwee* **** and his operations manager ******, he gave me a quote that was well over $30,000, but assured me that ******had given him approval to apply a number of discounts, which brought the price down to $19,238. tub needed replacing, since I am 79 years old, I wanted a walk in shower, I got quote from Leaf, had walk in shower installed, 3 installers came, removed old tub, walls, replaced walls, and installed shower, all in one day, cleaned up after themselves. carried away old tub and walls. I am very pleased with my shower. Leaf did a wonderful job. also the sales agent was very nice and knew his products and made suggestions for my needs. very pleased with the people and shower of Leaf.

I had a walk in shower installed for my aging mother. The representative was honest and really cared about our situation. The installers were great. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They finished in one day and left no mess anywhere. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful job done. We love our new shower. They took all the old stuff away, and left us with a clean bathroom. Only downfall is they did not have paper copy of warranty to give to us.

******* was our sales lady, she is fabulous!! She gave a great pitch & we love her as a person. Also the people who installed our tub were outstanding!! They prey on disabled veteran's!! *****was my sales representative and he told me that Leaf works with the VA all the time and that they would reimburse me up to $6,800 for a stair lift. So I agreed to have it installed at a whopping $7,800!! I go to the VA and have been told that the VA doesn't reimburse anyone. They will install such but they never reimburse anyone.
