I just had a walk in shower installed. I love it!!! Company is Leaf Home Safety Solutions, I first talked to a sales person, ***************************, from ***** **** office on Sept 27, 2021 and decided on details, ******* was very knowledgeable on details of installation of a walk in shower. She went through all the details of the work plus discussed the finance possibilities. She was very helpful, when I had questions she quickly returned phone calls and quickly provided answers. I wouldn't recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions to anyone.I was shown a thicker acrylic material during the sales presentation for use as a walk in shower surround material that was not actually available from Leaf. The thicker acrylic material closed the deal for me. I learned on installation day when the installation was around fifty percent completed and the acrylic material had been glued to the walls that the same thin acrylic material that I had been shown by two other companies and had rejected was the acrylic materia... read more

Ordered a shower surround June 21 '21 started calling to get a install date. Long story short they are almost impossible to contact. Finally today I got a call that somehow they never ordered the pieces and it would be another 12 weeks or low and behold they had some pieces in stock they could use, emmmm. 9/13/21

RUN!!! Do not waste your time, money, energy on this company. I didnt mind waiting longer than expected to begin the work. Once the demolition began they damaged my bathroom tile, ceiling and floor beside the shower, plus knocked a hole that went through my livingroom wall. Upon inspection, ***** the installation manager says he has no way in knowing that this damage wasn't already there! Why not, when you evaluated my home a month before to do the second measurements. Our nightmare with this company started May 4, 2021 and is still going 12 weeks later. We purchased a new tub and surrounding wall. When they brought the tub out and installed it it had a 2 scratch/***** in it. They said they would have someone come out and buff it out. We told them no, we want another tub. They said it would take a few days.it took 2 weeks. When they brought the 2nd tub it was the wrong size. They said it would take a few days to get the right sizeit took another 2 weeks. ******** stated their products were made in ******* they are actually made in China and rebranded in ********** as made in ***. ******** gave us a price of $****** we said no he then offered a much cheaper product we said no then he pretended to call his boss and when he hung he said he could sell us our original plan for $****** out the door price $***** less than original price This company takes advantage of older folks .

I signed a contract with them on 4-3-21 gave them a check for $******* which they cashed. My contract stated the job would start 5-17-21 completed 5-20-21. I have called twice the first time the first week of June they told me someone would call me back with a start time that was 3 weeks ago. Today I called again and left a message. I understand with the catch up since the pandemic but really why dont they give you an exact date so I plan my life.

The main reason we contracted with them for our walk in shower was the warranty..the we fix anything , you are fully covered warranty..right.. try to get any of them out to fix anything. The bar on the wall fell off..first time, that repair took 3 months. Now we gave black mold growing under the caulk on a year and a half old shower. We are going on 2.5 months..no one has come yet. Don't use them unless you are prepared to contract and pay someone else for a repair they supposedly warranty."

Ordered walk in shower 10-2001 installed 1-2021. When ordered ask if it came with shower rod and curtain was told by salesman **** *** that it did. When job completed no shower rod or curtain. We purchased shower rod and curtain for $76 dollars. Was told to call manager at office have called 4 times all i get is answering machine ** CALL RETURNED it has now been 4 months. We just do not like being **** TO .To every one be careful with this company all is not well in ****.
