The lady that showed up to my mother-in-law's house to give us a quote, *********************, was extremely nice did the best she could until she called and put her manager on the phone or whoever was in charge. She did tell him he was on speakerphone but obviously he did not hear her because when she said something to him about my mother-in-law asking for a cheap price he said what is the lady want all the bells and whistles but doesn't want to pay for it? I went online and found this business to remodel my bathroom. They came out the guy couldnt write the contract from shaking he mess up three contacts. Next I waiting another guy to come out and do the inspection on the bathroom they gave me a time frame between 1pm - 6pm. The guy never showed up . Short version - the free estimate felt like a high pressure used car sales pitch, and took way too long. In an effort to get us to sign on the spot, the salesman reduced the price by half which is ridiculous.Long version: We spent 2 hours with a sales rep last night. We wanted an estimate on a shower stall replacement. He spent an hour telling us about the company and highlighting home falls are a huge risk to death. I did not need any of this information. I am highly displeased with the performance of this organization. I will not recommend this company as they have made excuses why someone did not show up two days in a row, and then when they brought in an installer from another location, there was adhesive all through my new wooden floors. The so-called completed shower had fingerprints on all walls and safety bars, and the shower tray was filthy. The first install date went well: Friday, June 24th. The next day, Saturday, June 25th, no one showed up. The scheduled time was 9 a.m. I texted one of the salesmen to let them know no one showed up. Found out the installer lost his truck keys, which I understood, but the installer should have contacted me to let me know and didn't do so until around 2-something that afternoon. On May 23, 2022 leave home solutions installed a chairlift at my house. The job was supposed to take three or four hours. Its now July 11, and the job is still not completed. I was unable to use the lift for 45 days as it did not work. Its now close to working but still needs other parts installed Ive been waiting a week for this.
