Once they get you phone number, you are pounded with calls all through the day and evening! High pressure sales are not appreciated. They don't listen to you when you speak and try to shovel their product down your throat. All of this just asking for an estimate which I did not receive. Find a reputable contractor instead!!!!!

Leaf Safety calls several times each day. They call from different phone numbers each time (robo-calling), therefore blocking the number is useless. I have answered the call but no one responds. I have answered the call and stated, "Do not call this number again!" They still call several times a day. This has been going on for almost two weeks and is nothing short of harassment.

They call me all day, every day! I block their numbers every time but as long as they keep changing one digit, Ill continue to get harassed.NO THANK YOU, thats a horrible way to obtain and keep customers.

Terrible customer service. First, we were given a quote of almost $25k for a new shower only. Magically they were able to reduce that rate to $9,500, with a start date of 06.12.23. Second, when contractor came to do a walk through, he stated they couldn't start until 06.19.23 (this is after we signed a contract). When I mentioned we were told a start date of 06.12.23, he reluctantly agreed to that date. They did my bathroom for a reasonable price and very happy with the job they have done it took them a couple days they got it done before anybody else could do it and I'm very very very satisfied and happy
