This company continues to call me every day, several times a day, sometimes as late as 8pm. I never requested information. I have told them to stop calling. I have filed a complaint for violating my registered "*********" phone number. I can't speak to the legitimacy of this business, but their aggressive tactics would make me think twice before employing for any services at all.

Great job all the way. We had a walk-in tub installed. Explained things step by step. Installation was quick and complete. Good explanation of features. My husband has a stroke a few years ago. So easy for him to use and helps with his arthritis pain and spasticity from the stroke. I love it as well. Very relaxing. Wish we could have gotten one sooner.

My granddaughter loves this chair. It's basically quiet and she can. access upstairs with no problems it may be expensive, but it is worth it for her independence.

SUMMARY: I was pleased with how quickly I was able to obtain an estimate for a walk-in shower and arrange to have the work done. I was told that it was their slower time and offered an incentive to work on their schedule. For me that meant I accepted the estimate on Jan 28, had a visit from the supervisor to determine the scope of work on Feb 8, and had the work completed Feb 10. It was able to be started quicker than expected and although we hit a few ruts it all turned out great. I love the rainhead shower when I want to wash my hair and even when I don't. The hand held is great too. I was surprised at the cost of the oil rubbed bronze fixtures and the teakwood seat but I'm glad I got them. The removal and install guy was very careful about removing the debris and cleaning up each day. It looked better when he finished cleaning than it did before he came in. That was ****. I could not be happier with my walk-in shower conversion by Leaf but my focus for the purpose of writing this review is the outstanding service I received.
