Leaf home made it possible for me to take care of Mother. The installment team was very professional. They were able to finish the job in a day. My bathroom is not only safe but, very classy now! I DID NOT GET MUCH INFO ON THE PRODUCTS USED. IT LOOKS NICE BUT STILL I WONDER ABOUT THE MATERIALS USED. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT GIVE MUCH INFO EITHER. AND DIFFICULT TO GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THE PRODUCT

i am happy with the job done on my shower. they were fast and very professional. They cleaned up any mess made while doing the job and were very friendly and courteous. good team work, one prepared all the supplies while the other one did the job. The sales rep also was very good at her job and answered all of my questions. The only thing for me, was the price. was very costly for someone on social security to afford, but safety is number one so it was worth it to me. We had a great experience from beginning to end. From the gal who came out to give the estimate, to the manager overseeing the project, to the installers. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The shower looks great and is easy to maintain. Thank you.

Would find another company for our next bathroom. Had a unit install in our master bathroom on the second floor workers damaged our kitchen ceiling below. Installed end cap molding that was the wrong color, had to wait for new end cap molding to be made. Finally when a new installer came and removed the old molding, he damaged our newly painted walls, and the caulk job was a mess, we have to redo it. Would not recommend this company until they are more established and better laborers.

I would not recommend Leaf home Solutions to anyone. Our experience has been terrible. The product they used to replace our shower were good but the installers were highly incompetent. The one day job turned into 3 weeks and it is still not right. We used the shower for the first time yesterday since 4/13. (luckily we have another bathroom with a shower.) They had already fixed a couple of mistakes and are waiting for the proper grout to redo it. But when I came downstairs this am I discovered a stain on the ceiling in our d... read more

the experience with the workers was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, kind and courteous. Very thorough with their work. Would gladly have them do work in my home at any time. I love my walk in shower.

I wouldn't even give them one star actually. Quoted me a price on a project, put down a fairly large deposit and did financing, even though the project getting started was 10-12 wks out. Was very excited to have my shower replaced. Then they call me about a week later and tell me that they made a mistake in pricing and either I pay an additional $1500 or job is cancelled!! Who does that after a contract is signed!!!???? You cant buy a car and then go to pick it up and after papers signed would expect to pay 1500 more cause, ... read more
