Laura Gillott and her team were highly knowledgeable and had great communication throughout buying our home making the transaction very smooth and easy.
We had just sold our our 4 bedroom home, and needed to find a replacement home, Shasta went out of her way to find and show us homes in our price range that we could immediately move into. We used zillow to contact Laura as well as going to her personal site to email her and never received a response from either method of contact. We ended up finding another agent.
They did a great job in getting the property sold. The agent kept on top of issues and kept us informed on what was going on, being out of state it was important to have someone like our Agent to look at for our best interest. Great Job!

She was always willing and able to meet to look at homes and set me up with an account that emailed me additional listings that fit my specific criteria. She also helped me to prepare offers on a few homes that didn't end up working out. Until I found the absolute perfect home for me! She was easy to work with before, during and after my home purchase.
Shasta has done an excellent job in selling our home. She has kept us informed and has really assisted the buyers in appreciating our home. Always followed through and was with us up to the final closing.
We were in quite a time frame to find a house. Shasta was able to find us multiple homes and find us someone to give us a loan, all within our time frame. We are very happy with our home and our experience still 3 years later.
