We want to thank all of the Laura Gilott Team. Thru-out the whole process they were there with smiles and great advice. Jason, our agent is professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Brenda the Transaction Coordinator was on top of all things that is required to make it run as smooth as possible. She kept us informed every step of the way. If we were to look for another home we will go back to the Laura Gilott Team with no droughts about it.
Shasta was very helpful in showing homes in Sweet Home. We were totally new to the area and she was very knowledgable in the area in finding us a home that fits our needs and a neighborhood fits our personality. She made time for us and was available to show us homes in our time frame.
Laura's team is the most professional real estate team I've ever worked with, they stay on top of things and always keep your best interest in mind. I wouldn't recommend any other real estate agency besides them!
Laura has been awesome. We loved the attention we got plus all of the follow up. Laura's reputation in Lebanon is that of the premier real estate agent in the area. She gives back to the community and supports great causes like the Boys and Girls Club and CASA, to name just a couple.
Shasta was very good and prompt with out inquries, and her local knowledge was very excellent. Shasta was representing the seller, but took us on as the buyer, and we felt there was no conflict of interest at any point.
She was always available and willing to help us with any questions we had. Very efficient and friendly. She made our experience a good one. We had a long process of home buying but she helped us navigate it with as much ease as possible.
Laura Gillott and her team were highly knowledgeable and had great communication throughout buying our home making the transaction very smooth and easy.
We had just sold our our 4 bedroom home, and needed to find a replacement home, Shasta went out of her way to find and show us homes in our price range that we could immediately move into. We were able to do a concurrent closing with her help. Shasta is very attentive, quick to respond to phone or emails and she has an excellent support staff. Sincerely, Jeff H
We used zillow to contact Laura as well as going to her personal site to email her and never received a response from either method of contact. We ended up finding another agent.
