Shasta came and did an evaluation of our home, making suggestions on what we could do to increase the curb appeal and value. After taking her suggestions and preparing our home, we then listed our home with her and it sold in 5 days! She was very knowledgeable about the selling procedure and was right there whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home. She was wonderful!

We worked with Shasta for 2 years. We weren't quite ready to buy when we started looking but she always responded to my inquires about homes I was interested in. She always responded quickly to my questions and constantly sent me new listings. When we finally found the right house she worked quickly to ensure that we got the home. We found Shasta on zillow. We submitted several listing follow up requests on many different properties and she was the ONLY agent to respond. We loved working with her. She worked to our crazy travel schedule. We put offers on many homes and did not get them because of demand. Shasta found the one we ended up with. Shasta is currently helping me sell my home. She constantly checks in, is willing to make adjustments to the listing, and has excellent ideas on how to better market my home. When my home sells, she will help me buy a new home. She keeps me updated by texts and emails of homes in my price range and informed of any changes in the homes in my price range.
