The short sale process is horrendous, however going through the process with Laura Gillott at Keller Williams made it tolerable. Laura Gillott's team (we worked closely with Shasta Paul) is personable and returns calls and faxes promptly. We were out-of-town sellers and this complicated matters further. Everyone was very nice and professional. We did not buy a house sold through this agency but they still worked very hard and things went smooth and done in a very reasonable time.
Shasta is fantastic! She helped my husband and I find the perfect home for our family. We were first time home buyers and we really didn't know much about the process. Shasta was there day or night to answer our questions and alleviate any anxieties we had. Our mortgage broker was very flaky and hard to reach. Shasta came and did an evaluation of our home, making suggestions on what we could do to increase the curb appeal and value. After taking her suggestions and preparing our home, we then listed our home with her and it sold in 5 days! She was very knowledgeable about the selling procedure and was right there whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home.
