We were less than convenient; we made offers on three houses before the third offer was accepted. Laura made significant cash investments to offset the builders in ability to keep his word. nothing but positive to say about this "TEAM". Not only do they do their job very well but they are great ambassadors to the local community. They have loaner trailer for moving and at least once a year they rent the local theater for a family get together for all their clients. They did their best to only show us property that fit our criteria which saves a lot of time.
They sold out house quickly. Even though our house was unique and a challenge to find a buyer who wasn't looking for a cookie cutter house they found a good match.Our broker had great energy but she could have been more attentive during negotiations. Thankfully Maurine the sale coordinator was fantastic. She helped us feel comfortable with the process and was very knowledgeable.
From theorist day that we spoke tosh erroneous, she was on it. She understood that we had a terrible experience with a different agent and her team took very good care of us. I will always refer anyone I know to her and her team.
Laura's team was great to work with. Our home sold very quickly and for asking price. I highly recommend using them for all of your future real estate needs.
