They made everything easy to understand. When we had questions, even if they were dumb, they always took the time to answer and explain until we understood. (And didn't make us feel stupid for asking. ;) ) Ashley James and Laura were very professional and friendly, even through some of the bumps that arose, and backed us up 100%, when dealing with less-than professional people. We recently bought our home in Sweet Home. Our agent was Shasta. We moved here from another state. Maurine Orton was our transaction coordinator. They were both awesome to work with.
