The Laura Gillott Home Team had all the ingredients for me to feel comfortable in my home buying process. All my questions were answered quickly, there were never any hick-ups and in all honesty, I'm not sure how their service to me could have been better. Laura's team was there every step of the way. They are very good at keeping you informed and following up on my many, many questions. They project a positive approach at solving an issue and create a friendly environment in which to do business. Most of my contact was with Maurine Orton. Shasta was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the local market and process involved in selling our home. She was attentive in accomplishing our goals while offering timely advice in seeing the sale reach a satisfactory conclusion. helped us through the process of buying a home. they demonstrated professionalism throughout. they went to great lengths to help us through the process. ours was a little more problematic, and they were patient and positive throughout the process. we love our new house.

They made everything easy to understand. When we had questions, even if they were dumb, they always took the time to answer and explain until we understood. (And didn't make us feel stupid for asking. ;) ) Ashley James and Laura were very professional and friendly, even through some of the bumps that arose, and backed us up 100%, when dealing with less-than professional people. (NOT part of the Laura Gillott team) I'd recommend Laura and her team to anyone who's wanting to buy or sell a home!!!!

We recently bought our home in Sweet Home. Our agent was Shasta. We moved here from another state. Maurine Orton was our transaction coordinator. They were both awesome to work with. It was quite a challenge to get all paperwork and extras taken care of from another state. Maurine made this whole process as easy as possible for us. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking to buy a home.

We just purchased a building in Brownsville. We have worked with Shasta Horner before and we will do so again. She is an awesome, friendly, honest and strong agent and we will not hesitate to use her again on future deals. Your team there did a great job working with us.
