Without hesitation, I would recommend Jamie Melcher and Laura Gillot Keller Williams for any real estate transaction. Jamie's vast knowledge of the area and attention to the details helped our transaction go smoothly. Specifically, Jamie took action when a VA home appraiser did not pull accurate comps to our house we were selling. She compiled a more complete list in a timely manner and the VA accepted and changed the appraisal and our transaction was completed.
Jamie a very knowledgeable and so patient with us! She found us the perfect house and helped us handle a difficult sellers agent with grace. We will use Jamie again when we sell our home.
