We have nothing but praise for Laura's team, and agent Shasta Horner in particular. Shasta showed us a number of homes, and REALLY LISTENED to help zero in our needs and wants. Laura appraised the house, then gave very helpful suggestions on what to do to the house to make it most attractive to a buyer. Then, she was aggressive in listing and promoting the house. When the right buyer came along, she was an excellent arbiter of price between me and the buyer. Closing was smooth and money for the house came quicker than expected. She has proven her superior expertise with myself and any others I have talked to who have also sold or bought houses through her team.
I recently worked with Shasta Horner, as my real estate agent and Maurine Orton, as the transaction coordinator. They made the entire process painless. Both were conscientious and attentive and they did a fantastic job of communicating with me, making sure I understood every step of the process.
