If you are a first time home buyer please think twice about using Shasta or her team. Yes, this is a team thing which means there is a realtor and a transaction coordinator. I found the home we wanted to look at I had Shasta show us the home and after our purchase agreement was signed and agreed on with the Seller.....Shasta fell of the face of the earth. Laura's team did a great job. Very clear on what we needed to do. Made a recomendation on price range, but was willing to list slightly higher. Found a buyer in 37 days, at the top of her recomended range. The team kept us informed, and was always available to answer questions.

What a great experience. Laura's team was amazing. Special thanks to Laura, Jason and Brenda for making the purchase of my home a great one. It was definetly a challenge for me. The agent worked very hard to find the right house for our needs . She was able to point out the good and bad points of each property we looked at and used those points to help us decide on a property to buy . The short sale process is horrendous, however going through the process with Laura Gillott at Keller Williams made it tolerable. Laura Gillott's team (we worked closely with Shasta Paul) is personable and returns calls and faxes promptly. We were out-of-town sellers and this complicated matters further. After being listed for over a year, receiving over 8 offers that always fell through, it became apparent to Laura and team to bring in an expert on short sales. Shasta is fantastic! She helped my husband and I find the perfect home for our family. We were first time home buyers and we really didn't know much about the process. Shasta was there day or night to answer our questions and alleviate any anxieties we had. Our mortgage broker was very flaky and hard to reach. Shasta had no problem staying on him to get our loan processed. If something didn't look right in our paperwork, she called him right away to clarify.
