They did a great job in getting the property sold. The agent kept on top of issues and kept us informed on what was going on, being out of state it was important to have someone like our Agent to look at for our best interest. Great Job!

Shasta was amazing!! She was very quick to respond to all our questions and if she didn't have the answer she went above and beyond to find it. Very nice to work with, her personality was amazing, always upbeat and happy.

Shasta listened to our wants and needs and everything she showed us met our requirements. We looked at a lot of homes before we found the one we decided to purchase. Shasta's attitude always remained positive.

Shasta was amazing! I recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell. So easy to work with and attentive to my needs/wants. She was always willing and able to meet to look at homes and set me up with an account that emailed me additional listings that fit my specific criteria. She also helped me to prepare offers on a few homes that didn't end up working out. Until I found the absolute perfect home for me! She was easy to work with before, during and after my home purchase.

Shasta has done an excellent job in selling our home. She has kept us informed and has really assisted the buyers in appreciating our home. Always followed through and was with us up to the final closing.

We were in quite a time frame to find a house. Shasta was able to find us multiple homes and find us someone to give us a loan, all within our time frame. We are very happy with our home and our experience still 3 years later.

If you are a first time home buyer please think twice about using Shasta or her team. Yes, this is a team thing which means there is a realtor and a transaction coordinator. I found the home we wanted to look at I had Shasta show us the home and after our purchase agreement was signed and agreed on with the Seller.....Shasta fell of the face of the earth. Laura's team did a great job. Very clear on what we needed to do. Made a recomendation on price range, but was willing to list slightly higher. Found a buyer in 37 days, at the top of her recomended range. The team kept us informed, and was always available to answer questions.

What a great experience. Laura's team was amazing. Special thanks to Laura, Jason and Brenda for making the purchase of my home a great one. It was definetly a challenge for me. All of them stepped up and helped me through a very tough situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is try to sell or buy a home.
