From contacting our Realtor to having our offer accepted on our dream home was not more than a couple weeks. All questions were answered quickly and knowledgeably. We're very excited to move forward and close on our first house!

Bill Flesher was very helpful in helping me set a price that was realistic and fairly represented the property. He kept me apprised of any offers and we had good discussions about them. He was especially helpful when I got 2 simultaneous offers. I followed his recommendation and we got a bigger price than we would have otherwise. Yes, there were glitches along the way as there always are but overall, it was a very good experience and most positive outcome.
Sherri Ellis was our wonderful Team Buyers Agent Maurine Orton was our terrific Transaction Coordinator We would definitely recommend The Gillott Team to friends and family members. They are thorough, detail oriented and follow through completely. Maurine Orton really made sure we were completely satisfied with our builder completing all of the new build inspection and walk-through punch list issues, TO OUR SATISFACTION!
With the help of Laura Gillott's knowledgeable staff my wife and I were able to find a house that we now can call a home. All of the staff that I had the pleasure of meeting were very helpful and professional.

I was very happy with here level of service. She was prompt and helpful with all of our inquires For instance, when I needed help with getting the instruction booklets for the garage door opener or the refrigerator, or the wiring of the speakers, she responded very quickly
