I just bought a 2016 Toyota Camry through Larry Miller Toyota. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Josh walked up to us as soon as we arrived. He was so sweet and I told him what I was looking for and what color and what color interior I wanted. The first car he brought out was the one. He made our experience wonderful very comfortable and did not rush us or pressure us. When we closed the deal we spoke with Donnovan and he gave us the same wonderful treatment. Thanks guys. I am so surprised to read some of the negative comments here. I have been using Larry Miller and Mike Ross for years now and have always been more than pleased with the way my vehicles have been serviced, and the way that I have been treated. The used car we most recently purchased has been better than expected. Larry Miller Toyota and Mike Ross will always get my business and my recommendations.
Service was as usual, outstanding, fast thorough and professional. I continue to take my Highlander in as the work always done to my expectations.
It was a great experience from start to finish. They are very responsive to the clients needs.

This place is by far horrible. They tell you your approved and send you off the lot in a vehicle to make you come back a week later to tell you your not and they have to put you in a different vehicle or have to change your policy. Then say your good to go trade in is good for down payment and 2 weeks later oh we want $600 today. The staff is rude especially Gary in finance, who really can't give you the time of day to answer a simple question. I traveled from Sacramento to Peoria, AZ to purchase a used Toyota SUV from Larry Miller Toyota. I bit crazy? No!! After much research, they had the auto that I wanted, with low mileage, with all of my desired features and at a good price that far overcame my travel costs to Peoria.
