Very disappointed I purchased a used Toyota RAV4 and not even 3 months later the water pump is bad so now I have to pay 900$ to have that fixed who knows what else they will find wrong! I know you take a chance in buying a used car but I would have went and bought a cheap 4000$ car instead of a 13,000$ car if I would have known I would have such a major problem so soon! Well I was going to go back to them this May to trade in and purchase a new vehicle but that definitely won't be happening now!
Bought out my lease the other day. Had to go back 3 times to fill it paperwork that was forgotten. Asked for a detail on the car as a little consolation for all my extra time. I guess in their world a detail means, vacuum the carpet and barely run it through the wash. Car was still filthy. They did "shampoo" my seats. However left a giant stain of something on the back of it. Definitely will not be going back and would recommend others to stay away as well....
Have worked with Chris Conger and this service department since 2001. Always provide just what is needed; fully describe the work; don't just keep looking for things to do on our Camrys.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from here. November 2015 and July 2016. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Our salesperson was Brittney both times. She is absolutely fabulous. We have 4 kids and I know as salesperson that can be a challenge. She treated me and my whole family great. She did not rush the process, answered all of our questions and more. DO NOT go to Larry Miller Toyota. They tried to gauge me on the interest rate (19%), lowballed my trade in value (at 10K), and jacked the price up of the vehicle I wanted to buy. Then, when I was leaving and refused to deal with their BS, the sales manager yelled derogatory comments about me personally as I walked out. If you want to be treated with respect, go to Avondale Toyota. I just purchased a vehicle from them. Right now, my wife and I are extremely disappointed in the dealership. Tomorrow, I will be updating my comments in detail with names and dates if our issue is not resolved. It will be one week tomorrow that we leased our car and we asked for our issue to be resolved over 5 days ago. We have already escalated our issue and I personally plan to take it much further if I have to. It will be in everybody's best interest for this to get resolved by tomorrow, July 16, 2016. Took my 2015 GMC Terran because the tags were close to being due. I figured why not, what do I have to loose. Rodney Wilson at Larry Miller Toyota helped me with a new 2016 Toyota Camary and got me out of the lease on the GMC which I never liked anyway.
