Went through Costco, no hassle at all. The vehicle was ready to test drive when we got to the dealership. Was exactly what we wanted. We were out the door in a few hours with our new 4runner!
I have brought 2 cars at this dealership and love it here. I get my 2014 Toyota Serviced at here as well. I just got my car worked on yesterday and I will say, hands down I get the best service. Tommy in the service department is the best!!! I will be buying my new 2017 Toyota at Larry Miller again
Well I just had my best experience trading in my 2012 Tacoma Baja 4x4 in for my new 2017 Tundra TRD 4x4. I bought a new toy hauler and the Tacoma was not the right fit I picked out the Tundra online sent Quin an email and Quin had everything ready for me quick test drive signed some papers he programed all the entune and navigation for me and mated up my smart phone to my truck and off I went. This was my forth truck from LMT.

The last 2 times I went for service, I was overcharged. 1st time: I went for routine oil change, but they tried to convince me to do $1600 of routine maintenance. 2nd time: I went for diagnostic for emissions check and was quoted $189 for diagnostic, but was charged $250. The result of the diagnostic was a $1300 quote for a $50 part and 5-7 hours of labor.
