I called them with the problem on lift gate . They said get it here by 2:30 takke one hour. It took one hours 2 minutes. Great job. BH
Hours for parts department is not correct online. One sales employee admitted to never looking on website before for employer. The service manager looked just as baffled. Then said he couldn't help us get the part we needed. FYI they are not open on Sunday.
I own two toyota vehicles and have been servicing my cars at Larry Miller Toyota for almost 20 years. I have always experienced exceptional professional service from their service department.
Everyone was outstanding, from Quinn to Rene. Even the greeter and the lady who gave us our gift bag were extremely gracious (sorry, I don't remember their names).
We got a great deal and we left very happy customers!!!
Very much liked how easy it was to set up an appointment by computer and then receiving almost immediate call back confirmation. I was quickly and cheerfully met by Todd Sparlin who then surprised me with how quickly my car 20,000 mile checkup was completed.
