I have been there twice and both times the staff was amazing, especially Jay Carley! They go above and beyond from the moment you enter the lot!
Finally!!! A dealership that didn’t pressure us into buying a car!! Chris was very informative without being your typical car salesman and didn’t follow us around... he gave us space but still checked back with us when needed. We did end up trading in my boyfriends car for the new Camry which is SUPER nice and have had it in for a routine service once which was also an easy process.
There team understand “customer satisfaction” and treat you as more then a customer. Thanks to Ed Edmonds and Phil the sales manager. GREAT PEOPLE
Needed service for a failed battery cable and Ken Baker in the service dept was able to get my car right in, they did a great job replacing both battery cables and didn't hit the wallet hard at all. Ken checked in with me in the waiting room to give me updates on the progress of the service and they have free refreshments. Great job, great customer service. Thanks!
