I know car dealers are con men but do they have moral compass. This morning my wife and I drove two hours to Peoria to the Larry H Miller dealership My wife had talked to Toni Martinez who she assumed he knew what we wanted, but come to find out had no clue what we wanted. I wish I could give negative stars... and I never take time to write bad reviews, as I formally worked in customer service and because I fully believe everyone’s experiences are what they make it. Falsified no they can't lied vary bad way to run a business
Although my credit is ghost credit (since I have none).... pulling my credit hard 6 times did a lot of damage to my already troubled credit You would think they would be intelligent enough to know that Obviously they could care less
While getting service done on my truck, a salesman noticed I was looking at the trucks in the showroom and wanted to get me into another vehicle. He pulled up my deal from 2 1/2 months prior and then ran my credit without permission. I should have expected this garbage. When I bought my truck in February, they lied about who they sent my info to. I will never set foot on their lot again. They remind me of slimy 1990's buy here pay here lots.
I was very disappointed in the refinance dept. They took all my info and pulled my credit which l specifically told them would hurt my credit points. They insisted it wouldn't. They had at least three or more finance companies looking into the refi and they all denied me. I signed a bunch of papers thinking all was clear and it all came back as a no. When I tried calling them it took forever to get a response and then when I finally get a call back I get told "well what do you want us to do". It was like a whirlwind. I went ... read more
